Add the minutes together. If minutes exceed 60, carry over to hours. For example, 2:45 + 1:30 = 4:15 (45+30=75 min = 1h 15min).
Subtract start time from end time. If end < start (crossing midnight), add 24 hours. For breaks, subtract break duration.
Multiply the decimal part by 60. For example, 1.5 hours = 1 hour 30 minutes.
Divide by 60. For example, 135 minutes = 135/60 = 2.25 hours = 2 hours 15 minutes.
